Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered. Please read all information carefully before proceeding.
Account Deletion Process
If you would like to permanently delete your PickGo Rider / PickGo ACE Driver account and all related data associated with your profile, rides, and documents, you can request deletion at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, send an email request to our support team with the following details:

Note:
We will verify the request and delete your account permanently within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Will Be Deleted?
The following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Profile Information: Your complete profile including name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, and Aadhaar details
- Ride History: All past ride records, pickup/drop locations, routes, fare details, and trip information
- Driver Documents: All uploaded verification documents including Aadhaar (front & back), Driving License, RC, and profile photos
- Account Credentials: Firebase authentication account and login information
- Payment Information: Transaction history, payment methods, and financial records
- Communication Records: All in-app chat messages and call logs
- Ratings & Reviews: All ratings given and received
- App Preferences: Saved locations, favorite drivers, and app settings
- Support Tickets: All previous support requests and resolutions
- Device Information: Registered device IDs and push notification tokens
Important Notes
- Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
- You must request deletion using the same phone number or Google account used for login.
- This deletion applies for both PickGo Rider & PickGo ACE Driver accounts (if you use both).
- If you have pending payments or unresolved issues, those must be resolved before account deletion.
- Legal/regulatory data retention requirements may apply to certain records for specified periods.
- After deletion, you cannot create a new account with the same phone number for 30 days.
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as required by Indian law:
- Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as per taxation laws
- Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes
- Records required for legal proceedings or regulatory compliance
