Customer Terms

1. Acceptance: By using PickGo, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility: Users must be 18+ and provide accurate info.
3. Conduct: Respect captains. No misbehavior, unsafe acts, or illegal items.
4. Booking: All rides booked via the app. Fares are upfront.
5. Payment: Only online via Razorpay/UPI. No cash.
6. Cancellation: No charges. Refunds to original payment method.
7. Safety: Helmets/seatbelts mandatory. PickGo not liable for negligence.
8. Communication: Only via in-app VoIP. No number sharing.
9. Liability: Limited to disputed fare. No indirect damages.

Driver (Captain) Terms

1. Eligibility: Valid DL, RC, Aadhaar, and bank/UPI required.
2. Conduct: Drive safely, respect customers. Unsafe driving prohibited.
3. Payment: All rides via Razorpay/UPI. Captains receive payouts.
4. Insurance: Valid only if documents are registered and rules followed.
5. Communication: Only via in-app VoIP. No solicitation outside app.
6. Termination: Accounts suspended for unsafe conduct or fake docs.
7. Liability: PickGo’s liability limited to platform fee of disputed ride.

Governing Law

Indian law applies. Disputes resolved under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Hyderabad, Telangana.
