1. GENERAL TERMS FOR ALL USERS

1. By using PickGo Rider or PickGo ACE Driver applications, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
5. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
6. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. CUSTOMER TERMS (PICKGO RIDER APP)

1. Registration Requirements: Customers must provide accurate personal information including name, phone number, and Aadhaar number for identity verification.

Important: Aadhaar number is mandatory for customers for identity verification. If Aadhaar is not provided, PickGo ACE is not responsible for any identity-related issues or verification failures.

2. Booking Process: All rides must be booked exclusively through the PickGo Rider application. No offline bookings are permitted.
3. Payment Terms:
   • All payments must be made through the integrated Razorpay payment gateway (UPI, credit/debit cards, digital wallets).
   • Cash payments are strictly not accepted for any ride booked through our platform.
4. Payment Window:
   • If the payment window, browser, or application is closed before completing the payment transaction, the payment will fail automatically.
   • PickGo ACE Solutions is not responsible for payment failures resulting from premature closure of the payment interface.
5. Safety Requirements:
   • Helmets are mandatory for bike/auto rides as per Indian traffic regulations.
   • Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers in car rides for safety compliance.
6. Conduct & Behavior:
   • Customers must respect drivers (captains) and their vehicles.
   • Any form of abuse, violence, harassment, or illegal activities during rides will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.
   • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying prohibited substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
7. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations may be subject to charges as per the cancellation policy displayed in the app at the time of booking.
   • Repeated cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of booking privileges.

3. DRIVER TERMS (PICKGO ACE DRIVER APP)

1. Registration & Verification:
   • Drivers ("Captains") must upload valid, current documents including Driving License, Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), Aadhaar, and vehicle details.
   • All documents must be clear, legible, and show complete information.
   • Fake, expired, or invalid documents will result in immediate termination of the driver account.
2. Vehicle Requirements:
   • Vehicle must be in good working condition, properly insured, and compliant with all local transport regulations.
   • Vehicle must be clean, well-maintained, and suitable for passenger transport.
3. Conduct & Professionalism:
   • Unsafe driving, misconduct, harassment, or unprofessional behavior will result in immediate termination.
   • Drivers must follow traffic rules and regulations at all times.
4. Platform Compliance:
   • No ride should be taken outside the PickGo application or without recording in the PickGo system.
   • All rides must be initiated and completed through the PickGo ACE Driver application.
   • Accepting offline payments or direct bookings is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
5. Communication:
   • All communication with customers must happen only through the in-app calling/messaging system.
   • Sharing personal contact information with customers is prohibited.
6. Payouts & Earnings:
   • Captains receive payouts directly to their registered bank account or UPI ID after completing rides.
   • Payouts are processed according to our payment schedule as communicated in the driver application.
   • Drivers are responsible for maintaining accurate bank/UPI details for receiving payments.

4. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

1. PickGo ACE Solutions acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with drivers and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of either party.
2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service, though we strive to provide the best possible experience.
3. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
4. Customers and drivers are responsible for their own safety and compliance with applicable laws.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. All content, logos, designs, and software associated with PickGo ACE Solutions are the property of PickGo ACE Solutions Private Limited.
2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our services without explicit written permission.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
